Public leadership is high-stakes, high-visibility work. Executive coaching from Platinum Project Collective gives leaders a confidential, structured space to sharpen their judgment, strengthen their influence, and lead teams through change with confidence.
Coaching services are built on more than 25 years of strategic communications experience in the public sector, so there is a strong understanding of the pressures you face: public scrutiny, political cycles, limited resources, and communities that expect results.
Confidential and personalized. Every engagement begins with your goals, not a generic curriculum.
Evidence-informed. We use validated assessments and structured feedback so development is based on data, not guesswork.
Practical. Sessions focus on the real decisions, conversations, and communications on your calendar.
Connected to your organization. Because coaching works best alongside strategic communications and change management, we can align your development with the changes your organization is leading.
DRiV is a research-based leadership assessment that measures the motives, values, and drivers behind how you lead. It looks past style and skill to the forces that energize you, the ones that drain you, and the expectations you place on yourself, others, and your role.
What it reveals
How it works
When leaders understand their own drivers, they make more intentional decisions, communicate more authentically, and recognize what motivates the people they lead. Used with a leadership team, DRiV gives members a shared language for how each person is wired, which makes collaboration, delegation, and conflict resolution easier.
1. Discover. A complimentary consultation to understand your role, goals, and organizational context.
2. Assess. The DRiV and any additional input, such as stakeholder interviews or a 360, to establish your baseline.
3. Coach. Regular one-on-one sessions focused on your development goals, with accountability between sessions.
4. Sustain. Progress reviews and a plan to keep growing after the engagement ends.
Is coaching confidential?
Yes. What you share in coaching stays between you and your coach. Organizational sponsors receive progress against agreed goals, not session content.
How long does an engagement last?
Most engagements run three to twelve months, depending on your goals. Organization-wide programs can span several years.
Do you work with government agencies?
Yes. Local and regional government is the heart of our work, and we can structure engagements to meet public procurement requirements.
Schedule a complimentary consultation to talk through your goals and see whether coaching is the right fit.
